CAFÉ AND BAR RESTAURANTS

The crossbreed of Cafe-Bars with restaurants is a rather imported idea. But, it is amazing how much this combination ties in with the modern Athenian culture.

Regardless of the time of the day, or the night, even the mere question "Coffee or food?" may be cancelled when different parties want different things.

Restaurants that serve everything do not lack in quality. The cafe-bars prepare dishes and draw on interior design ideas sometimes from chic bars from the other side of the Atlantic and sometimes from the lovely little bars of the Mediterranean countries - creating a unique and pleasant ambiance for one's taste of the next bite.

Sitting outside is not a problem during the light winters in Greece, because most have thermo-heaters and wind covers. Most places are open early enough for you to go for a coffee in the daytime or to head out to later at night.
