Catholic Church of Saint Dionysius

The Project of Catholic Church of Saint Dionysius was initially planned by Leo von Klenze (1848). The construction supervision was assigned to Kaftantzoglou, who amended some of the plans (1858-85).

The Catholic Church of Saint Dionysus is well known for the simplicity of its architectural lines. It is a basilica with both Renaissance and early-Christian elements. The vitro of the windows came from a Munich studio.
