KYPSELIS SQUARE (KANARI)

Kypseli is the most over-populated area of Greece and reaches record highs worldwide.

Kypselis Square, in the center, is better known due to the huge walkway of Fokionos Negri (500 m).

Tourists might not get a lot out of it, but it is a beloved spot for many Athenians living around that area with a long line of fast food restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, internet cafes, etc.

Furthermore, you will observe an impressive amount of pedestrian traffic.

HOW TO GET THERE

BY BUS: 022, 035, 036, 622

TROLLEY: 4, 9

BY FOOT: Beginning from 28th October Street, go directly up Fokionos Negri walkway for about 20 minutes and you will find yourself right on Kypseli Square.
