GENERAL INFORMATION FOR VISITORS
The Odeon of Herodes Atticus (Herodeion) is used today for concerts and theatrical productions during the afternoon and evening hours.
It remains closed to visitors during the remaining hours and seasons of the year but one can admire it when visiting the Acropolis of Athens.

BY ATHENS METRO: 2 (Red Line), Station "Akropolis"

TROLLEY: 1, 5, 15
BY FOOT: From Syntagma Square, follow Filellinon Street to Vasilissis Amalias Avenue, until you meet the walkway of Dionysiou Aeropagitou. Follow it all the way up and you will see the Odeon of Herodes Atticus below the Acropolis Hill, on your right hand side.
