THE NATIONAL GALLERY
The National Gallery is located at Vasilissis Konstantinou Avenue.
The Museum is also knwon as the "Alexandros Soutzos Museum" and houses more than 15,000 works of painting, sculpture, engraving and other forms of art and it is a treasury of Greek artist creation from the post-Byzantine period until today.

HOW TO GET THERE
BY ATHENS METRO: 3 (Green Line), Station "Evangelismos"
BY BUS: 550
TROLLEY: 10
BY FOOT: Follow Vasilis Sofias Avenue up from Syntagma Square, past the Parliament on its left. After 900 meters you will find the "Evangelismos" Metro station. After the Metro Station, turn right to Michalakopoulou Street. You will find the National Gallery on your right hand side.
