VOULIAGMENIS AVENUE
A keystone road that begins downtown and with a southern direction ends in Voula where it connects with Alkyonidon Avenue (extension of Poseidonos Avenue).
Before it reaches this point, it crosses the Municipalities of Dafni and Ag. Dimitrios, separates Ilioupoli from Alimos and Argyroupoli from Elliniko and finally passing Glyfada to end in Voula.
Vouliagmenis Avenue is the fastest street to use when traveling from downtown to Sounio, the southern end of Attica.
HOT SPOTS - What we propose
BASEBALL GAMES AT THE OLD U.S. MILITARY BASE
Organized baseball and softball teams emerged in Athens after the 2004 Olympic Games. Since then, the love of taking bats to balls grew in popularity here. Now, every Saturday, the leagues take the field at the former U.S. military base from 1 to 3 in the afternoon to slug it out for onlookers. Free entrance.
