At 20 years old after being incarcerated, and after surviving a serious shooting in 2012 that resulted in half of his face being paralyzed, he decided to get more serious about music and his life.
In 2015 he released two mixtapes The Devil's Reject & Reject 2. Two years later and after Griselda's deal with Shady Records was completed Conway appeared on the Shady cypher at the Bet Hip Hop awards.
After several mixtapes and collaborations the time had come for the first solo album titled From King to a God. A sensational album, with collaborations from the likes of Method Man, Havoc (Mobb Deep), Lloyd Banks, Freddie Gibbs, Alchemist, Dj Premier and of course his own Westside Gunn, Daringer & Benny The Butcher, it managed to reach #1 on the Billboard Hetseekers Albums chart!
