Revelation: seven meditations on Giorgione.

The performance "Revelation: seven meditations on Giorgione" presents to the public an (almost) unpublished and (almost) heretical Giorgione. As a biography of Giorgione cannot be traced, a narrator, in front of two screens, narrates through words, documents, poetic verses and images of the painter's works from Castelfranco, fragments of Venice in the early fifteenth and sixteenth centuries . The history of the past is embodied and re-emerges in different (yet coherent) ways to compose the history of the present.
