The Art Zone 42 Athens gallery presents the second solo exhibition of the artist Thalis Papakonstantinou entitled "Eternal Summer".

Georgina Theu, Art Historian, Gallery Manager writes, among other things, in her text about the artist:
" [...] A graduate of ASKT with professors T. Patraskidis, V. Vlastaras in Painting and N. Tranos in Sculpture, creates with acrylics, resins and oils either on canvas or glass and often on prints of his works, shaping and enriching his already existing image with further, different elements.

The exhibition presents fantastic landscapes as well as portraits of his loved ones, who visually decorate the canvas with their personal experiences. Psychedelic, with exquisite detail and a strong sense of constant movement, his compositions are likened to alien, dreamlike places, which the viewer is invited to interpret in depth. [...] His works could reasonably be characterized as cosmic and inner energy, with a common denominator being the world of the subconscious intertwined with that of memories and dreams.

The title of the exhibition "Eternal Summer" is adopted from the namesake of a work that depicts an important person for him, but it can easily characterize the exhibition as a whole, since the artist introduces us to an unreal and magical world, where everything coexists eternally under a deep blue sky."
