The main philosophy of the owner Mr. Megapanos is to produce a limited quantity of excellent quality wines from renowned wine – producing areas of Greece (PDO). He aims to value the local character of these wines and emphasize the particular characteristics of each year. He brings to winemaking a singular palate paired with an intuitive, educated and visionary approach.
