It is many an Athenian that craves to continue the party up into the early dawn on many occasions. The afterhour scene is alive and well in the city to satisfy this desire. Any decent after venue is defined by the fact that it will remain open until at least 7 in the morning (on the weekends).

Some clubs or bars are simply known to open at a regular time and just keep it going until very late. Others, mainly with party organizers will provide this entertainment service beginning anywhere from around 02:00 to 05:00 until the last person standing legs give out. On the weekdays, there are local haunts that will last much later than other bars. Afterhour spots are not as abundant as they once used to be, but trust us, they are out there!
