In Glyfada you will find not only the typical seafood taverns of the south of Athens, but also a wide selection of steakhouses and BBQ and burger restaurants. For many years, the neighboring former airport was the site of a US Air Force base, which led to a certain Americanization of Glyfada.

The Greek American atmosphere, which is characterized by this, is also increasingly reflected in Glyfada's gastronomic offerings.
