Its designer, Ioannis Vikelas, was born in Paris in 1931 and studied at the Architecture School of the Athens, has "stamped" himself on over 800 works such as villas, office buildings, museums, factories, airports, banks, the Athens Tower and the Atrina Center Tower. Their architecture is similar to the President as the creator was a fan of the minimalist idea, which is clearly seen in his works (a clear vision for Greece to showcase buildings equal to those in Europe and America).
