The Conclusion

The long political authoritarianism, which culminated with the last dictatorship, created a pro-democratic ideology among the Greek citizens.

Everyone, politicians and citizens, anticipated the establishment of a genuine parliamentary democracy. This political movement towards democracy did not only affected Greece but the whole Europe.

This was already profound by the decisions of the Council of Europe against the military dictatorships. As a result, democracy was the only political system that could bring stability to the European nations once again, and so it happened.
