Southern Suburbs of Athens
Athenian provinces in the south such as Elliniko, Glyfada, Voula, etc. see heavier traffic during the summer months, as many city dwellers make their way down to enjoy the beaches and nightlife under the stars.
All of these suburbs are stretched along the beautiful Athens Riviera so anywhere you gaze you notice the horizon. The sea breeze, the vibrations, and scents are readily available providing rejuvenation to any weary soul. Swimming is part of the everyday schedule of many of the residents throughout the year as is the habit of having a coffee by the coast.
The southern suburbs are known for their love for nightlife, gastronomy and the "good life". This is apparent in the countless selections available, always with a cosmopolitan characteristic.
