We visited the Christmas Factory Athens
Like every year, this year in the middle of the Christmas Factory there is a super bright tree full of lights where you can have your photo taken, but don’t forget the wonderful luna park games such as the Carousel or the bumper cars to add extra fun to your Christmas ride.
Of course, also this year at the Christmas Factory you can find the most beloved Santa Claus, so that you can take your souvenir photo, which will especially delight our little friends, because the only thing that is certain is that our little friends will have more fun than anyone else as there are specially designed areas for children.
This year they will be able to make creations with doughs, choose the Christmas face painting they like, so that they can get into the spirit of the days. But don’t think that it’s just for our little friends, it’s also for the adults, of course, as well as many, many more activities.

First of all, we have to say that there is a very large hall with a plethora of sweets (mainly chocolate), from which you can choose what best suits your tastes. We suggest you try the special “chocolate” spoons, which are inserted into the milk to make your drink extra sweet and pure Christmas.
Also this year there is a special “Kaissa” stand, so you can choose clever board games of great interest for the whole family to have fun during the festive season.
Concerning food, the choices are endless! But let’s start with the warm-sweet “Glühwein” wine, which is a traditional drink of the European north and is also known as the wine of Christmas (ideal for cold nights). The food ranges from the classic souvlaki to very special dishes. We suggest you try the potato chips in the shape of a face, which you can top with anything you like from carbonara sauce to dried onions. For dessert, of course, the chimney, which is loved by young and old alike, which you can accompany with either chocolate or the traditional sugar and cinnamon, but also various toppings of your choice.
A special touch, as every year, is the ice rink, where young and old can try their ice skating skills and spend carefree and beautiful moments.
Just before you finish your walk it would be a good idea to stop by the village’s Christmas market, which has a wide variety of shops offering everything from jewelry to handmade scented candles. You will certainly find the perfect gift for yourself and your loved ones. Pay special attention to the booth where you can print your favorite t-shirt or sweatshirt in any design you want, the choice is huge, especially for retro game lovers.
And just in case you’re worried that you might miss something and not get to see all that the Christmas Factory has to offer, there’s the classic Christmas train, which can take you around the village and show you all the pretty corners.
