On Thursday, November 16, Half Note Jazz Club welcomes Dimitris Tsakas for a unique evening, which will transport us to a magical world of music, poetry and jazz.

Under the supervision of Dimitris Tsakas, the voice of Anastasia Konstantinidou, the guitar of Alki Nilent, the double bass of Kimon Karoutzos, the drums of Alexandros Drakos Ktistakis and the saxophone of the versatile jazz player, will create an unparalleled compositional experience.

Dimitris Tsakas is a saxophonist and composer and one of the most important musicians of the Greek jazz scene. He has collaborated with Vangelis Papathanasiou as a soloist on the "Blade Runner anniversary album" as well as on "The Stephen Hawking tribute". He has collaborated with orchestras such as the KOA, the Symphony and the ERT Contemporary Music Orchestra with which he presented "Charlie Parker with strings" for the first time in Greece, as well as as a soloist in the symphonic version of the iconic "Dark side of the moon" " by Pink Floyd with great success.
