A spectacle with the demands of Broadway is organized on Friday, June 11 at the Petras Theatre. A complete concerto for band and orchestra - just as Jon Lord once put it: a band, an orchestra and 'The Voice'. With orchestrations such that the compositions seem to be written directly for orchestral works, the project creates an incredible blend of classicism and 70s - 80s atmosphere.
Those familiar with Queen's music, those who have associated it with memories of a time of innocence and those who can't wait to hear their favorite songs again - but this time with their children - will find that the new arrangements are actually like old wine that it matures, becomes tastier and more valuable over time.
Starring in the performance is Ronnie Romero, a singer of rare vocal ability who rose to fame as Ritchie Blackmore's trusted performer for Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow.
