The Melina Merkouri Cultural Center is housed in an impressive neoclassical building in Thissio and is a municipal cultural institution. The center has a hall "Melina Merkouri Hall" with 220 square meters, which hosts temporary exhibitions, events and concerts, but also seminars and meetings. Another room with 380 square meters and a height of 5 meters is intended for large-scale exhibitions.
