A two-day music festival with well-known and emerging names of the modern independent Greek Indie and alternative rock scene is organized by the Athens Epidaurus Festival in collaboration with the Cultural Center "Hellenic World" and United We Fly at the industrial area Playground 260 in Piraeus, on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 July.

For two nights the open space behind Piraeus 260 will be transformed into a music scene and will be filled with fresh sounds and unpretentious creativity!

The Indie Playground Festival starts on Wednesday July 26 with the explosive Godsleep, who will fill the space with stoner and heavy rock sounds. The Athenian neo-psyche rock band The Steams will follow, as well as Paidi Trauma, who with new material from the album "Mainstream" will tell pop-rock musical stories of Athenian everyday life.

On Thursday, July 27, the psychedelic Dury Dava will make us dance with krautrock and oriental rhythms, while we will have the unique opportunity to listen live in Athens after many years to Giorgos Karras, legendary composer from Trypes and an integral part of the history of Greek rock, who will present his latest album "Simplicity Exercises". The concert night culminates with the historic Athenian underground band Lost Bodies, who will mix in their most classic way different genres of rock with elements of prose and social satire.
