Michael Zambidis (Iron Mike), Hellenic World Kickboxing Champion who has won numerous global and national prize fights, founded the Zambidis kickboxing training school, to pass on his experience and love of the sport. In the Club, you have the opportunity to not only exercise via programs such as kickboxing and boxing, but also with new programs such as power yoga, Pilates and DRCS (Directive Reactive Controlling System).
