About

The group exhibition "+senses (plus senses)" is presented at the Gounaropoulos Museum.

How many things happen around us every day that we do not perceive or realize their true content because we do not use all our senses sufficiently? As our experiences become more and more connected to the two-dimensional experience of the screen, some of our senses fade and we tend to rely more on sight. She, however, is known to not always tell us the truth.

The exhibition +senses (plus senses) explores, through the possibilities offered by contemporary art, the ways in which we experience visual and mental images. The works in the exhibition acrobat between sensation and illusion, and create spaces and landscapes of the mind that can bring us closer to the essence of things.

The artists involved are:
Theodora Vassiliadou, Lefteris Veletzas, Andreas Bernardakis, Irini Karymbali, Elena Leoni, Prodromos Charalambidis
