The "Aella" String Quartet is coming on June 8 for a concert of classical music works at the Athens Concert Hall.

The "Aella" String Quartet was founded in 2022 by the musicians Elissavet Skouras, Orestis Zafeiropoulos, Augustino Moustakas and Danai Koletsa. Its goal is the study and presentation of historical works by great composers, and by extension the interpretation of new works that represent contemporary musical creation. Their first appearance in the artistic field was the live recording of the Sonata for Violin and Basso continuo "La Follia" in D minor (No5, Op.12), by A. Corelli, arranged for string quartet by A. Moustakas, at Subway Recording Studios in 2022.
