Herodio welcomes the violinist-legend Anne-Zophie Mutter. In her multi-year career, the German violinist, who began her career with the support of Herbert von Karajan, has played in all the major halls around the world and left her mark on classical music. For her recordings, she has been honored with numerous international awards, including four Grammys.

The great violinist is flanked by a string ensemble made up of fellows of the Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation as well as other elite young musicians. Under Mutter's artistic direction, Mutter's Virtuosi have regularly accompanied their mentor since 2011 in concerts around the world.

In the Herodio concert, the leading performer will play solo in three concertos and in the Nonetto dedicated to her (chamber music work for nine instruments) by Andre Prévin, which will be presented for the first time in Greece. The concert will be conducted by Mutter herself.
