The versatile sound artist and educator Dave De Rose is starting a monthly series of performances at KET with the desire to offer a new perspective to the Athenian art scene.

Dave De Rose, having spent the last decade pursuing musical innovation and expanding creative boundaries, promises with this monthly institution, an exciting journey into the world of multimedia art in collaboration with a multitude of artists from the Greek capital.

With a career that includes collaborations with famous artists such as Moloko, Mulatu Astatke, Rokia Traore and Mark Ronson, among many others, De Rose has spent the last 14 years working on various underground music projects. He is a key member of the space-age Gnawa project Electric Jalaba and the Athenian startup Rave At Your Fictional Borders, as well as the creator of Agile Experiments (2018-present). The Agile Experiments project has been well received by the underground experimental jazz community worldwide, releasing 11 LPs in 5 years. Catching the early attention of the British Library's Sound Archive programme, it was asked to catalog it to be archived as part of the nation's sonic and cultural heritage. His own label, DDR Records, boasts 25 independent record releases spanning everything from ambient, songwriter-funk, free improvisation, jazz and electro-acoustic techno.

On the first night of the series, on October 26th, Dave De Rose (bass, FX) meets three carefully selected outstanding collaborators:
