Gallery "7" presents the new work of artist Amalia Stavroulaki entitled "Human Trees II".

"And here we are again, in a continuation of these human trees, tree people... This time Amalia Stavroulaki's designs are even more elaborate, every line, every color, as if they create reliefs - in memory, in the now.

It's my idea, but I think the loneliest, the windswept, the only ones, are bent by the strong wind, struggling to survive, no they don't fall, they don't get uprooted, yet as if they are reaching somewhere... Are they trying to call a person? Something; To catch, to hug? Or do they just want to travel, "fly", get rid of the burden of roots? And those "lots", which are in small clusters? Are they standing tall, mirroring each other with pride, protecting each other? Do they live in the beauty of the company?
Are they isolated from the world around them? 21 works with colored crayons speak with their language to your language. At heart. Universal. Besides, what makes a work art?"
