Boris Grebenshchikov (BG) is a prominent member of his musical generation and is widely regarded as the founder of Russian rock music. He is the leader of the legendary band Aquarium since 1972. For the first time BG will appear in Athens on May 4 at Gagarin.
Its music program consists of both new songs and classic Aquarium pieces and according to the comments of music lovers from various countries it combines "timelessness and timeliness".
In 2022, Aquarium was going to celebrate 50 years of creative activity. The war in Ukraine canceled the celebration of this anniversary and thus they stopped all touring. But in order not to leave their listeners completely without music, a temporary partisan line up of "BG+" was created.
"BG+" intends to continue these "endless" tours and let music heal the wounds caused by today's delirium.
