Tapeworm Electric is a rock band from the suburbs of Athens. Formed in 2018, they are heavily influenced by the British rock sound of the 70s as well as the American arena rock scene of the same era. Their music is hard and melodic at the same time, infused with psychedelic passages.

Tapeworm Electric maintain a "live" feel to their recordings, taking an organic approach to the production process without trying to sound vintage on purpose.

In the summer of 2019 they released their first digital EP "Fire". After some line up changes and a pandemic, the band recorded and released a number of singles, digitally. They are currently working on material for a full length album.
