The inventive Tiger Lillies, as part of their first "Best Of" world tour, are also coming to Athens on June 30 at 9:30 p.m.

Tiger Lillies Live at Faliro Summer Theater

The Grammy-nominated and two-time Olivier award-winning British cult cabaret and alternative rock band, after many years of touring the world with specific projects, have decided to embark on their first tour of "Best Of" material, from their huge career .

The world of Tiger Lillies is always dark and strange, full of black humor and lyricism but constantly changing, unpredictable and always entertaining. Their music is a fine blend of pre-war Berlin cabaret, anarchist opera and gypsy style, echoing the sound of Kurt Weil and Jacques Brel. It has moments of deep sadness, subtle but sharp irony and social commentary, but also an enduring indefinable charm.
