On Friday, June 9, Manolis Mitsias, Violeta Ikaris, Thanos Matzilis and the Rhythm orchestra present an evening tribute to the great poet and lyricist Nikos Gatsos, at the Faliro Summer Theater. A tribute to the poet of songs.

With the poetic words of Nikos Gatsos as a vehicle, as set to music by Manos Hadjidakis, Mikis Theodorakis, Stavros Xarhakos, Dimos Moutsis and Nikos Chiotoglou, who recently released the poet's song cycle "The Frozen Theatre", we travel in the magical world of the creator.

The emblematic songs of Nikos Gatsos are interpreted in his own special way by Manolis Mitsias, who has performed most of the great composer's songs first. He is joined by the excellent performer Violeta Ikaris and the talented folk singer Thanos Matzilis.

On stage, the excellent Rhythm Orchestra joins in, surrounding the three performers with colorful music.
