The non-profit "Michael Cacoyannis Foundation" was founded in 2003 and provides a base for cultural contemporary media and innovative ideas in Athens and all of Greece. Michael Cacoyannis was a Cypriot-Greek film director, scriptwriter, and producer that was very much admired by his peers.
