The Festival is a unique spectacle, as it gives voice to dozens of choirs and orchestras, but also to hundreds of professional or amateur musicians from all over the world, while at the same time it becomes an occasion for a meeting of artists and cultures.

3,500 artists participate in the Festival, who gather to give a unique spectacle, in a unique for Greece mix of instruments, sounds and voices.

In addition, the Philharmonic Association wanting to give a charitable character to the 18th International Festival is going to allocate part of the Festival's income to voluntary and non-profit organizations.
