Manitarock, in one of their very rare visits to Athens, are revealed for the first time on the stage of Kyttaros, in a collective evening where the party will flirt with mysticism in a unique way!!
The name (mushroom + rock) underlines the band members' special relationship with mushrooms and the rock style of a band that arose spontaneously, around the midnight bonfire of the open-air Panhellenic mushroom festivals. Manitarock were born and live in Grevena, the "city of mushrooms".
The passing of the band members from rock, rebetika, "artistic", traditional bands and Byzantine choirs, indicates the breadth of a musical spectrum, which combines the traditional with the modern, the seasoned with the timeless and participates in the dialogue between Greek and Western and the universal.
