On Saturday, July 15, 2023, Gabriele Poso, percussionist, multi-instrumentalist and composer, comes to Olympias Rooftop Bar from Lecce, Italy for an eclectic dj set with tropical beats and afro house rhythms.
Italian Gabriele found a special affinity with percussion at a young age, studying in Puerto Rico and Cuba. He was born on October 22, 1978 in Sardinia, in the heart of the Mediterranean, but grew up in Lecce, the capital of Salento. Early in his childhood, he developed a deep connection with music and felt that he was truly born when he discovered his family's vinyl collection consisting of jazz, soul and Afro-Latin music.
