Hard to find a more restless spirit than Svenonius in the music scene of the last decades. As the frontman of many bands, it's not just that he left behind great records, it's that whenever he felt that one of his bands had reached the peak of what it could offer, he moved on to the next one without looking back. And all this always choosing to operate from the underground space where it naturally belongs.
Having created pioneering bands in their field with a depth of influence that extends far beyond their commercial appeal, such as post-hardcore The Nation Of Ulysses and garage The Make-Up, the versatile Ian Svenonius is a musical thinker and more.
The well-known rock artist returns to Athens, in an ideal dark and small space, just the way he likes it. An imposing presence and incredible mobility, he will once again confirm the reputation that accompanies him as a performer, with his crazy "political" lyrics and improvisational dialogue with the audience.
