The "Film Beyond" program aims to develop and strengthen the audiovisual sector in Greece

Greece possesses the potential to cultivate a skilled workforce capable of meeting the demands of Hollywood, local, and international film producers. Beyond the traditional film production roles like directing, cinematography, and editing, there's a diverse array of professions needed, including hairstylists, pyrotechnicians, electricians, and specialists in various other fields.

Taking on the ambitious task of identifying these needs and bridging them with educational and employment opportunities is the non-governmental organization YET (Young Entrepreneurs of Thessaloniki).

Their initiative, the "Film Beyond" program, is supported by the US Embassy. During a networking event for "Film Beyond" at the Thessaloniki Museum of Photography on Tuesday, a digital platform called Reel Talent was unveiled.

This platform serves to connect students and emerging professionals in the audiovisual sector with both local and international production companies seeking skilled personnel.
