FM congratulates Spain on assuming rotating EU Presidency
The Hellenic Foreign Ministry congratulated Spain on assuming the rotating presidency of the European Union in the second half of 2023, in a tweet on Saturday.
The Hellenic Foreign Ministry congratulated Spain on assuming the rotating presidency of the European Union in the second half of 2023, in a tweet on Saturday.
It also thanked the Sweden for a successful presidency in the first half of the year:
"Congratulations to Spain, which takes over the Presidency of the Council of the EU, and wishes for a productive 2023 Spanish EU presidency. We look forward to working closely together in the interest of the EU and its citizens. Thank you Swedish presidency of the Council of the EU for the successful presidency of the past 6 months!"
