Special Secretariat for the Protection of Companion Animals: Guidelines for the release of animals
The rescue operation is carried out in collaboration with Civil Protection, the Greek Police, the Fire Brigade, municipalities, animal welfare organizations and volunteers.

At the same time, the Non-Profit Organization Dogs' Voice puts into operation the PALAI fire station in Galatsi, which accepts animals that have been injured or are in danger. The space is granted once again by the Municipality of Galatsi and the mayor Giorgos Markopoulos, whom we thank again for the perfect cooperation. Arriving pets must be known from where they were picked up and will be registered with a separate code.
As far as "productive" animals are concerned, there is a relevant cooperation of the Special Secretariat with a collaborating shelter. Upon consultation with her, productive animals in need can be transported there.
