The Property Show Athens 2023 opens on Tuesday
In the conference part of the event, more than 25 experts on the real estate sector in Greece will speak, while in the exhibition more than 30 stands have been booked by real estate companies and real estate agencies. The interest of the public is also particular, which is expected to visit the exhibition to see the proposals for houses and apartments in Attica.
The opening of the exhibition will be held on November 7th at 14:15 by the Minister of Development Konstantinos Skrekas. Entry to the event is free to the public.
The aim of the "Property Show Athens", whose slogan is "Find the home of your dreams", is the presentation of the current data prevailing in the real estate market of Greece and the investigation of its prospects for the coming years. Also, the advantages of the Greek real estate market for attracting foreign investments will be presented. Also, businesses in the real estate sector will have the opportunity at the exhibition to present their proposals to interested buyers.
The theme of the Conference will focus on:
* In the current data of the real estate market of Greece.
* To the factors that affect supply, demand and real estate prices.
* In the legal and other procedures required for the acquisition of real estate in Greece.
* In lending from commercial banks or other financial organizations for the purchase of real estate in Greece.
* In the best utilization of the properties by their owners (rental, airbnb, etc.)
* The event is organized by the Attica-Athens Association of Realtors and the FMW Financial Media Way Communication, Publishing, Advertising and Conference company.
The exhibition will last until November 9th.
