The Presidency of the Hellenic Republic distributed presents to children living in protection facilities and hostels for minors on the occasion of Greek Orthodox Easter, as it did last year.
Specifically, Easter candles, bread, and eggs were distributed to 20 girls from the Christodouleio Female Orphanage and Children's Protection Foundation, 55 girls from the Chatzikyriakio Children's Protection Foundation, and 44 boys and girls residing in the hostels of the Parents Association of Children with Neoplasmatic Diseases "The Flame".
The facilities selected were those whose children Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou had met last year.
